Meaning
Here Baba Avtar Singh ji talks about how one can recognize (feel) the Formless One- Nirankar by true means. He says that the Formless One- Nirankar cannot be recognized (felt) by clever tricks, by higher studies and learning or by countless planning. The bondages of the rites and rituals, changing of appearance and loud calls don’t help one to feel the presence of God. Hence, He says that If the saint of God is kind then he can work wonders. And once the True Master is pleased then He can show the Formless One- Nirankar, face to face.
